【贯彻落实2025年战略研讨会精神】中国航天科工2025年战略研讨会报告在总部和所属各单位反响热烈①

　　8月21日—22日，中国航天科工集团有限公司2025年战略研讨会在北京召开。连日来，所属各单位、总部各部门迅速传达学习本次会议精神和有关要求，结合自身实际研究部署贯彻落实举措。大家一致表示，将保持战略定力，坚定信心决心，坚持稳中求进、以进促稳，以实际行动奋力冲刺“十四五”、科学谋划“十五五”，为打造“不一样的航天科工”贡献力量。

铸牢政治忠诚履行强军首责

　　稳中求进，稳是大局和基础，进是方向和动力。一年多来，集团公司在科研生产、改革发展、经营管理和党的建设等各方面都取得了显著进步。大家表示，集团公司筑牢发展基础取得阶段性成果令人振奋。

　　“科研部将牢记初心使命，履行强军首责，锚定目标奋力冲刺。”集团公司科研部表示，战略研讨会聚焦主责主业，系统谋划了当前和“十五五”重点任务，要继续坚持严的标准、落实严的要求、采取严的措施，加强工作统筹，刚性推进实施，突出合规高效，强化穿透式管理，加快提升装备供给保障能力，全力以赴打赢“十四五”规划攻坚战，为实现建军一百年奋斗目标作出更大贡献。

坚定信心决心聚力团结奋进

　　面对复杂形势，要坚定信心，坚定不移办好自己的事。战略研讨会深入分析了集团公司面临的形势，深刻阐释了改革发展进程中的主要矛盾和矛盾的主要方面，为进一步科学谋划“十五五”打下坚实基础。

　　“‘十五五’综合规划草案定位准、方向清、目标实，坚定了团结奋进的信心和决心。”四院临时党委将坚定不移贯彻落实战略研讨会精神，始终把思想和行动统一到集团公司党组决策部署上来，精准锚定四院在集团战略全局中的定位，坚决扛起强军首责，以钉钉子精神全面推进政治引领、强装铸剑、创新驱动、质量制胜、数智赋能、强基固本“六大工程”战略举措落地，深入实施一体化协同发展战略，切实把战略蓝图转化为生动实践，把战略优势转化为发展胜势。

狠抓工作落实推动高质量发展

　　一分部署，九分落实。会议召开以来，各单位、各领域、各专业根据集团公司党组要求，高度重视战略落地，推动规划进一步分解细化、落实到位。
