龚伟华结合北京银行数字化转型的实践,介绍了三方面的亮点:
第一,聚焦客户体验和用户体验,以价值创造为中心,建立了北京银行各业务领域之间业务和技术之间的沟通协作融合发展的机制。以客户为中心,满足客户体验,至少要有两个方面的改变:一是银行一定要从内部的视角转成客户的视角,建立端到端的客户体验的打造。二是一定要从关注单独的各个业务单元向整个客户价值创造全链条打造,这要求银行内部做很大变革,包括组织变革、管理变革。
第二,建设统一的金融操作系统,打破系统的束缚,形成中台化的服务支撑能力,实现整个全链路的数字化。具体来看,北京银行采用云延伸分布式等框架体系,形成了标准化、构件化可插播的业务组线,形成一些通用的技术开放、运行稳定、功能服务的解决方案,实现场景的共建,业务的共生,整个生态的共享,有力拓展了北京银行服务的深度和广度。
第三,注重安全,安全是前提,北京银行在操作系统中集成了比较强大的安全能力,为整个业务发展奠定坚实的基础。打通了数据之间的壁垒,实现了全业务数据的分析,包括实时计算,从数迁阶段走向数字阶段。
