为期两天的ECIO 2020华东CIO大会在上海顺利召开。本次大会两天共五大会场。主会场上大咖云集共享共论“数字化智能化新未来新探索”。分会场上各类行业大咖汇聚,就“流程与变革”、“新技术与创新”、“智造与互联”、“安全与基础架构”四大主题进行交流探讨。

本次大会云集了江浙沪等东部沿海地区的CIO参加,总计超过3000人注册报名,是一次规模巨大的行业盛会,促进了疫情后期的行业交流。

中国交建流程与信息化管理流程处副处长张成刚受邀出席了本次峰会,并发表”人工智能在中国交建的探索与应用”的主题演讲。张处长提到“在新基建的这一套体系当中人工智能是一个最核心的产物”。

演讲片段:

人工智能在未来的10到20年应该是两级一平台的一个概念。一级就是传统的那种ERP,包括围绕ERP延伸出来的数据信息系统,另外一级是围绕着数据加算力加算法一级的应用,一平台是围绕着工业互联网的平台来打造这种两级的应用。未来整个的最赚钱的就是数据+算力算法的应用场景,任何一家信息化的公司只要掌握了数据算法、算力的话,这一级的应用一定是最赚钱的。

一、人工智能解决的是什么呢?

人工智能解决的是管理、决策更便捷、更高效的一套东西。人工智能使得人类退化了,但是人工智能确实有很多可想象的空间。

二、人工智能扮演什么样的角色呢?

除了虚拟现实这种商业模式以外,其实人工智能最终扮演的角色就是数据分析的角色。不论是做人工智能还是做信息化,最重要的就是数据,这个数据的唯一性决定了人工智能或者说其他的信息系统成功的八成,数据不唯一的话,其他的信息系统怎么建都有人不满意。人工智能这个领域的话,对数据的要求更高。

三、人工智能改变了什么?

改变了一个思维——要系统性的看问题。

比如说以电场的能耗为例,我们在看能耗的时候,我们要结合我们的负荷、工况、给煤量,计煤量这一系列的问题来把这个煤耗最优企业的情况进行系统化的分析。使得其他同类型的机组当遇到同类型负荷的时候,总工就会知道如何指导每一个操作人员去调整他的运行煤耗,包括最差的煤耗,当我遇到那种负荷的时候,总工会指导员工调整基础运行方式。这就叫系统性思维。

未来开展人工智能的建设,一定要有系统化的思维,同时要去构建整个机理和原理之间,要构建出他们的逻辑关系,要形成关联性。而不是只看机理或者只看原理,他们之间一定要搭建起来一个桥梁。

四、人工智能有多少应用场景?

  1. 智能硬件、软件机器人,上海的阳山港就运用的很多的人工智能。整个阳山港的运营三期都是中交建与下面的企业运营的,整个自动化码头是用上面这一层的应用场景。中间这一层在物流无人化角度,还有整个金融分析这个角度做了很多尝试。尤其在国资监管下来开展很多风险的管控和智能化的一些应用。在最底下层面则是我们打造的智慧化的码头,或者智慧城市。
  2. 在发电领域,这种人工智能的应用有很大的想象空间。他的应用范围是最广泛的,因为涉及到重型资产类的产业,人工智能算法的好与坏决定资产的使用寿命和维修成本的高低。在你用电高峰的时候电路突然断掉了,你很难把你的损失追过来。但是在你用电高峰的时候,通过人工智能这种算法分析出来你的设备有什么样的变化情况,这个变化情况你提前做干预的话,延缓他在你用电高峰期时候宕机,这意味着你的利润率,你的收益,员工兜里的钱就会有很大的保障性。这就是人工智能在重资产领域应用的关键所在。
  3. 在人工智能领域,神经网络算法和机器学习算法是核心,但这个领域当中真正能实现预测很清楚还是国外的大公司,像GE、西门子、斯奈德这种,我们暂时只能在边缘设备或者自动化燃烧这些领域有一些造诣。
  4. 对人工智能跟管理类结合,就是要依靠这种造网模型,中国交通建设集团在做国资监管的时候,定位了三者,一是战略承接者是国家的战略承接者,第二个最核心的叫行动的纠偏者,纠正每一次做的决策和决策过程当中需要的这些数据,要怎么来处理。

Ai should be a two-tier, one-platform concept in the next 10 to 20 years. Level one is the traditional kind of ERP, including the data information system extended out around ERP, another level is around the data computing power and algorithm level one application, one platform is around the industrial Internet platform to create this two-level application. In the future, the most profitable is the application scenario of data + computing algorithm. As long as any information-based company has mastered the data algorithm and computing power, this level of application must be the most profitable.

What does AI solve?

Ai solves a set of things that make management and decision-making easier and more efficient. Ai has degraded the human race, but AI does have a lot of imagination.

What role does AI play?

In addition to the business model of virtual reality, the ultimate role of artificial intelligence is the role of data analysis. Whether to do artificial intelligence or information, the most important thing is the data, the uniqueness of the data determines the success of artificial intelligence or other information systems 80%, the data is not unique, how to build other information systems are not satisfied. Artificial intelligence is a field that requires even more data.

What has AI changed?

Changed a thinking – to look at the problem systematically.

For example, take the energy consumption of electric field as an example. When we look at the energy consumption, we should combine our load, working condition, coal supply, coal quantity and a series of problems to make a systematic analysis of the situation of the optimal coal consumption enterprise. To carry out the construction of artificial intelligence in the future, we must have a systematic thinking, and at the same time, we must construct the whole mechanism and principle, establish their logical relationship and form the correlation. Instead of just looking at the mechanism or just looking at the principle, there has to be a bridge between them.

How many scenarios are there for AI?

Intelligent hardware, software robots, Shanghai Yangshan Port uses a lot of artificial intelligence.

This is the key to the use of AI in the asset-heavy sector.

In the field of artificial intelligence, neural network algorithms and machine learning algorithms are the core.

but in this field, it is clear that the real prediction can be achieved by foreign big companies, such as GE, Siemens, Snyder, we can only have some knowledge in the field of edge equipment or automatic combustion for the time being.

The combination of artificial intelligence and management is to rely on this kind of network building model.

When China Communications Construction Group is doing the supervision of state-owned assets, it has positioned three aspects: the first is that the strategic receiver is the national strategic receiver; the second is the most core corrective action.
